Lowongan Bank BTPN Jakarta BUSINESS CONTINUITY MANAGEMENT HEAD

Roles & responsibilities :

• Developing and managing Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs in alignment with international standards practices (ISO-22301 / BCI GPG) and Bank Indonesia regulations.
• Develop an effective Business Continuity Management Methodology, Framework and Policy as guidelines for Operation, IT and Line Of Businesses to develop their respective BCPs
• Coordinating the formation of an effective Incident Management Team & Plan.
• Facilitating & socialization of the BCM policy & procedures to All Units in the Bank.
• To ensure discipline execution of periodic testing of the BCPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor degree (S1)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the Banking industry / financial institution.
• Experience and direct exposure in managing Business Continuity Management
• Good understanding of banking products , operation and business processes
• Good analytical skills in order to guide his subordinate and ensure a consistent level of quality work
• Good presentation & communication skills in order to effectively manage the team; need to be able to interact confidently and persuasively with senior management and Unit Heads

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): managing Business Continuity, Management.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Risk Management or Financial Planning/Wealth Management.
• 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
