Lowongan Kerja Bank BTPN Jakarta CREDIT POLICY SUPPORT

Responsibilities:

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Assisting in Develop the credit risk management framework and formulate the policies and procedures for credit risk retail
• Improve risk control mechanism including risk mitigation
• Improve the credit risk management framework according to the new regulatory standard and the new Basel requirements to ensure the bank to follow the best practices
• Participate in the new product or activity review to ensure credit process can be properly deal with

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Banking industry / financial institution.
• Strong communications & presentation skills are essential
• Ideally experience with a background in credit Pension or retail
• In depth knowledge of credit risks and Stress testing.
• Good knowledge of banking products, all asset classes.
• Good quantitative and problem solving skills.
• Advanced Excel, Word & Power Point skills

Education

• Minimum of Bachelor degree (S1) in a relevant discipline or equivalent..

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Improve risk control, credit risk management.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Risk Management or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
