Lowongan Kerja Bank BTPN Jakarta OPERATIONAL RISK MGR FOR PENSION & SHARIA BUSINESSES

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Performing an effective implementation of sound Operational Risk Management (ORM) Governance, Framework & Practices in the Working Units under His/Her portfolio (Pension & Sharia businesses )
• Ensuring an effective execution of Main Operational Risk Management Processes ie. Operational risk Identification, Measurement, Monitoring and Controlling
• Ensuring sufficient Policies, Procedures and control mechanisms to cover all inherent operational risks
• Performing Operational Risk Assessment over all New Initiatives, Policies & Procedures, Product Programs, Services, BRD, etc. and all of its changes related to the changes of operational risk profile
• Managing strong risk culture as well as operational risk awareness programs to All Operations & Support Functions employees through Oprisk Trainings & Socializations

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor degree (S1).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Banking industry / financial institution.
• In depth knowledge of Pension or Sharia businesses
• Good presentation & communication skills
• Good knowledge of banking products
• Good quantitative and problem solving skills.
• BSMR/BaRa Risk management certified

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Operational Risk Management, Performing Operational.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Risk Management or Financial Planning/Wealth Management.
• 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
