CLUSTER MANAGER MICRO FINANCE (CM) – CIANJUR – Cianjur (Jawa Barat)
Qualification & Experience:

• Having minimal experience 3 years as Head Micro Units at Bank or financial institution non Bank.
• Know and Gains Control place area
• Can motivate team under it
• Having good Leadership ability
• S1's Minimal education all majors
• Can work independent and in team
• Communicative, proactive and has tall initiative
• Coverage is Area: Cianjur

COORDINATOR AUDIT (CA-QAIA) – Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:

• Having 3 years working experience as an Auditor Team Coordinator especially in capital market and banking or;
• Having minimum of 4 years of experience in respectively as Operational Audit Leader or 8 times (minumim) assigned for audit at financial companies
• Have a Certified as Quality Internal Audit (QIA) or equivalent
• Min. S1 Degree in Accounting
• Good command in English both oral and written
• Have a good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Computer literate (especially Microsoft office)

RISK MANAGEMENT MANAGER (RMM) – Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:

• Have min. 3 years of working experience in the related field
• Have experience in capital market industry
• Deep Understanding Bapepam and BEI regulation
• Male/Female with Min. S1 from reputable universities
• Good command in English both oral and written
• Have strong analytical thinking
• Have strong leadership
• Have a good persuasion, communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work as team
• Proactive and high initiative
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Adaptive and fast learner
• Computer literate (especially Microsoft office)

COLLECTION HEAD (COL) – Jakarta Raya
Qualification & Experience:

• Minimal experience 3 years as Head or Collection Manager at Bank or finances Institute non Bank which handle micro finances
• Understanding Credit Risk Management with every consideration
• Can do monitoring and handle to troublesome credit
• Bachelor Degree S1 Minimal education all majors
• Can work independent and in team
• Communicative, proactive and has tall initiative
• Place area: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all collection’s activity at exhaustive unit
• Ensure being reached of it collection’s target and collection’s process is done according to aught order
• Doing SDM’S construction and development at collection’s area
