Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Make and performs system and procedure concerning development project management office building
• Doing coordination with job unit / party concerning another (including planner consultant, MK and QS) in order to processes office building development
• Doing control and budget management concerning processes office building development
• Ensure all building development process office corresponds to quality, time and cost already being established by management

TEAM LEADER – PROJECT MANAGEMENT, PROPERTY STRATEGIC PLANNING and MANAGEMENT – (Jakarta Raya)
Qualification & Experience:

• S1′s education or S2 Is Architect area or Civil Engineering
• Maximum age 45 years
• Gaining control building development technical banking office
• Gaining control project management system included management project, cost analysis project, scheduling and management is quality
• Having minimal experience 5 area deep years project management, more is accentuated deep industrial banking / financially
• Understanding regulation & internal policy / external bound up building development, accentuated that understand rule / regulation hits revaluation management / building at sectorallies banking
• Having good morphological ability, communication skill and negotiation skill is good and can build and pets network with every consideration
• Can teamwork’s with every consideration in high pressure’s environment.
