Qualification and Experience:

• Having 10 years in human resources areas especially in compensation and benefit
• Understanding compensation and benefit combined with job evaluation, grading salary, etc.
• Understanding labor regulation UU No.13 / 2003
• Understanding payroll calculation and taxation
• Having knowledge about Human Resources Management
• Male / Female
• Bachelor Degree In Accounting, Management or equivalent field
• Having good analytical and problem solving skills
• Hard working, fast learning, detail, and good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to work in a team and under pressure.
• Proficient with computer literacy, minimum Microssoft Office
• Good command of english both in written and spoken

STAFF MANAJEMEN RESIKO (ADMIN) - Jakarta Raya
Qualification and Experience:

• Having 1 years experience in similar position particularly in Banking / Private Equity / Investment Bank Industry
• Having basic knowledge in Operational Risk
• Having ability about risk profile and risk dashboard report processing
• Male / Female, Single, Max 28 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Finance / Economic
• Having ability to administration and filing documents
• Having knowledge in ISO 31000 Risk Management Process is an advantage
• Able to work in a team as well as individually
• Having attention to detail and risk focus
• Should possessess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computer literacy minimum Ms. word, Ms. Excell, and Ms. Powerpoint
• Having fluency in english both written and spoken is a must
