Having min 5 years Job experience as secretary
Concept and understands about PATP
Concept and gains control correspondence and kearsipan.
Min Diploma Degree D3 in Secretary
Having service oriented's attitude is espoused of presenting which court and pulling.
Can get communication one good manners and easy-going (communicative)
Can english-speaking (written & conversation)
Gaining control Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), processing's data and Internet.

Manage & perform administration activity covers makings,laid up, registry,pendistribusian,acceptance,laid up,and document secrecy security accords kearsipan's administration and guidance guidance( PATP) one that prevailing at firm.
Performing Logistic administration activity Coordination President's Vice (VP) one that bound up utk administration task fluency.
Accept,answer,& mengkomunikasikan is requirement information sides external & internal bound up dgn VP's activity or function under it.
Arranging activity weekly schedule VP & mengkomunikasikan everyday as tightfitting as, seminars, appointment, tour of duty.
Getting things square meet management / meeting comprises to ensure meeting equipment,room shuts close, & invitation present
