Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor Degree S1 any major IPK Min. 2,75

HEAD OF PROPERTY STRATEGIC PLANNING & MANAGEMENT - (Jakarta Raya)
Qualification & Experience:
Having 6 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably having experience as head of Property Strategic Planning in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. Job role in Property Management or equivalent.
Having deep knowledge in banking or financial industry
Hands-on in real estate management, including well-knowledge in Building/ Real Estate Audit
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Architecture or equivalent.
Maximum Age 40 years old
Fluency in English is a must
Responsibilities:
Provide Strategic Plan, including utilization and development of Fixed Asset
Develop and maintain the best procedures of providing services to customer to increase utilization of fixed asset of the Bank
Acting as a leader or part of project teams of property utilization/ development and responsible for the realization.
Provide monthly report to higher level management.
Coordinate with Legal Department in handling legal issues (problems) related to Fixed Assets Management Maintain good relationship with related third parties .
SENIOR INTERNAL AUDITOR (TREASURY AND RISK MANAGEMENT) - (Jakarta Raya)
Qualification & Experience:
Having 4 years experience in Top Five’s of Public accountant firm or Banking Audit majoring in Treasury and Risk
Management Audit
Max. age 35 years old
Undergraduate / Master degree in accounting, management, statistical or relevant major from a reputable university. Good understanding of banking operation and transactions is a must.
Good analytical skill.
Good oral and written communication skill, both Indonesian and English.
Hands on with Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office utility.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assurance and consultation on assigned audit universe that cover product, system, procedure and technology area, including providing recommendation to improve effectiveness of Internal Control System, Risk Management and Good Corporate Governance implementation in the area of Treasury and Risk Management Unit.
