Account Payable Officer
Lowongan Kerja BUMN Banten - Bumi Serpong Damai
Responsibilities:
Review and control SOP and company policies
Jurnal AP, reconsile data and report, especially for notes balance sheet Control payment process
Verified payment request, and authorized to approved payment request for all companies
Generate report AP outstanding on weekly basis, and responsible for monthly report for management
Control expenses with vendor contract/ agreement and PO Control prepaid expenses
Requirements:
Minimum S1 Accounting with experience minimum 4 year as accounting staff of accounting supervisor
Have very good knowledge in Tax regulation, have experience with tax auditor Honest, loyal, can work under pressure, neat, not careless and can going into detail Have good analytical and communication skill, can work with team, have strong control skill
Very good in microsoft office system (word and excell), can speak and write in english
Have good logical thinking and leadership, willing to work hard and consistency Experience background not from BUMN company or Bank
