Qualification & Experience:
Having 1 years experienced in Customer Service and handling complaint Male/Female, age max 30 years old
Min D3/S1 any major, preferable in Communication/Computer Science or related field of study
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Computer literate in Ms.Office and internet system
Having driving licence (SIM A/SIM C)
Have knowledge in telecommunication technology
Loyal, honest, and confidently
Self starter, able to work with minimun supervision, good time management and a team player
Willing to work late yet flexible hours, communicative and responsibility and able to work under-pressure
