SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT PROJECT AND GUARANTEE CONSULTATION (PGC) -
Qualification & Experience:
- Has 10 years experience in Investment Banking, Project Finance , Financial Advisory, or infrastructure financing
- Having exposure in Project or Infrastructure for least 3 – 5 years
- MBA or MM from Overseas University is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal skill;
- Relationship-building skills with government officers, international consultants and private sectors,
- Ability to collaborate with the executive team.
- Bachelor’s Degree from Reputable University
- Computer & IT Literate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Bahasa and English
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Ensure that appropriate risk allocations are being allocated, shared and properly mitigated among contracted parties;
- Provide active advise for government contracting agencies in preparing bankable and guarantee-able project structure;
- Responsible to carry out all activities relating to the various aspects (financial, legal ,technical, social and environmental) of government infrastructure projects in the preparation and structuring the appropriate guarantee structure;
- Actively engage prospective bidders and lenders during procurement process
- Actively assist the government contracting agencies in preparing for effective risk mitigate and ensuring the appropriate action plans are in place
