Qualification & Experience:
- Has 1-2 years experience as call centre, customer service or other hospitality industry is preferred (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
- Bachelor degree from any major with min. GPA 3.00
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
- Good to advance English skill
- Responsibilities: Responsible to conduct audit for call centre processes

- Experience as a senior officer in a call centre, customer care or other hospitality industry for at least 1 year
- Bachelor degree from any major with min. GPA 3.00
- Strong communication skills & must be fluent in English
- Responsibilities: Responsible to investigate complaints and liaise with other units and customer to close the complaints
