Responsibilities:
* Melakukan pemeliharaan standard, otorisasi dan penjaminan mutu (QA) penanganan penerbangan, meliputi pengelolaan: Manual & prosedur, pelatihan, kualifikasi personil ground handling, Standard Aircraft Ground handling, meliputi : Passenger & Baggage handling, Load Control / Weight & Balance, Loading Unloading (Load master), Ramp handling, GSE (Ground Support Equipment) sesuai dengan seluruh persyaratan IOSA Aircraft Ground Handling (GRH) dan standard Audit lainnya (internal, external, foreign, authority dan customer) dapat terpenuhi secara dokumentasi dan implementasi (documented & implemented)
* Memastikan tersedianya teknologi informasi penunjang yang efektif di jajaran Ground Operation, Stasiun dan Ground Handling Agent (GHA) terpenuhi standard kualifikasinya melalui certificate of authorization (C of A) pada masing-masing fungsi nya sesuai dengan kebijakan dan peraturan yang telah ditetapkan Perusahaan, Pemerintah maupun Lembaga International (conformance and compliance)
* Melakukan analisa berdasarkan sistem yang berlaku saat ini sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan dibidang Syspro dan Authorization dan memastikan terlaksananya rekomendasi yang telah disetujui terlaksana dengan optimum guna mendukung pencapaian target fungsi System and Authorization di bidang Aircraft Ground handling dengan mempertimbangkan seluruh aspek dalam safety management system (SMS).
